Truman started as a general contractor and home builder in 2003 and transitioned to primarily residential and commercial roofing and exterior trades and insurance claim management in 2009. We rebranded again in 2019 to reflect our growing portion of large scale commercial projects working as a pre-qualified subcontractor for nearly all of the largest general contractors along the Colorado Front Range. We also focus on large scale commercial and association roofing claims management.
We are based in the Denver Tech Center in Centennial where we hold a Class-A General Contractors license. We are licensed to construct residential and commercial roofing along the Colorado Front Range.
We are approved applicators for all manner roofing products, and are approved to provide extended manufacturer warranties on commercial projects.
We hold business enterprise certifications including the Denver and Regional MBE, DBE, EBE, and SBE.
We are members of the National Roofing Contractors Association.
We are a Colorado corporation and carry $2,000,000 in general liability and workers compensation on every employee. Truman Roofing has an umbrella of $5,000,000. Our bonding capacity is over $1,000,000.
Andrew Rickert
Operations Manager,
Andrew has a diverse financial and construction background. He spent seven years in public accounting where he specialized in the construction industry. Andrew holds a CPA license and a Class-A general contractor’s license. He started with Truman Roofing in 2009, and has participated in many aspects of business operational and financial management and currently manages commercial estimating and construction.
Aga Homa,
Financial Manager,
Aga Homa is a Certified Public Accountant. She has worked as an auditor at Deloitte, and as an internal auditor for both First Data and Oppenheimer Funds. Aga has extensive experience with small business tax and financial systems, and has in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
Aga manages the tax and accounting, and day to day financial operations of Truman Roofing.
