Centennial-based. Commercial focused. Run like a general contractor.
Truman Roofing is a Centennial-based roofing contractor for commercial buildings, associations and multifamily communities across Denver and 30 miles around.
Our story
Truman started as a general contractor in 2003 and moved into roofing in 2009. In 2019 the company rebranded around a growing share of large commercial projects, working as a pre-qualified roofing subcontractor for general contractors along the Colorado Front Range, and managing large commercial and association roofing claims.
We're a Colorado corporation based in the Denver Tech Center area of Centennial, and we're a local general contractor roofing company, not storm chasers. As national roofing companies and private-equity groups buy up Denver contractors, boards and owners should know who they're hiring: with Truman, the people who answer the phone are the people accountable for the roof.

Safety
Every roof is a job site. We run it like one.
Commercial roofs mean edges, skylights, hot work and material lifts over occupied buildings. Our crews work under a written safety program, and every project starts with a site-specific plan: fall protection, access and staging, and how we'll keep tenants, residents and the public clear of the work.
General contractors and facility managers can request our safety program and insurance certificates with any bid.
Fall protection
Planned for each roof before the crew arrives.
Daily briefings
Hazards and the day's plan reviewed on site.
Occupant safety
